Smoked Steelhead Trout or Salmon is a perfect, healthy treat either as an appetizer or the main course.

Nothing goes better than a glass of white wine complimented with freshly smoked fish in wine stained barrels at The Napa Barrel Smoker Company

I got mine a couple of weeks ago and it is working great. The smoker does not require any charcoal propane, etc because of the heating element and wood chips. It stays pretty close to 200 degrees consistently.

  • i think you might need a fillet knife just sayin it would be much better tho

  • Good video. Very informational. Do you use any charcoal with your woodchips to maintain 200 deg.?

  • Good video. This is the first time I've ever heard that the cure is to dry out the fish. The trouble I always have is the fish is way too salty.
