This guy is a thief and probably ripped off dozens of people by saying sterling silver flatware is filled with other composite metals. Real sterling silver flatware is hollow like he demonstrated. So the weight on the scale is all silver. But let him convince you without proof and you stand to loose slot of money.

@dman71215 - It is not surprising that you would have this reaction to a gold/silver buyer. We try and educate people about items the best we can being refiners. We ALWAYS take a part silver flatware before we weigh. We also try to tell people the difference between sterling and plated silver and stainless steel kinfe blades. @Holidats Sorry we cannot recall the brand of silverware we tested in the video. But we can say that silverware varies so much by brand that it is hard to group silver by sterling or not just based on the brand.
