Here is a segment from the I.D. series "Deadly Women" which dramatizes the 1979 Cleveland Elementary School shootings committed by Brenda Spencer. The band Boomtown Rats would write a song inspired by the event called "I Don't Like Mondays" as this was the response Spencer gave when asked why she committed the shootings. Brenda Spencer is played by actress Tess Waldron. This is in my opinion, one of the most well produced dramatizations of the incident.

  • The chick who plays brenda is hawt shit!

    she can kill me anyday!

  • @lotionfordryelbows Uhh, yes. And I am sure she is quite flattered.

  • @lotionfordryelbows She is indeed a very lovely and classy actress.

  • Do they have any real video footage of this? I'd love to see it.

  • @SuperNymous There is news footage lurking around but actual footage of the incident is unlikely to exist

  • Anyone know who plays her in the reenactment? She kinda looks like a younger Olivia Wilde.

  • @RangerHooah309, her name is Tess Waldron, she is an Australian actress who mainly does theatre, I looked up some of her other work online.

  • my dad actually went to elementary school with brenda

  • @jac4020 Buying a gun is just stupid for a kid.

  • Did her father ever have to face charges?

  • Had she been over 21 year old she would had face the death penalty. Ppl like this makes me sick.

  • @RangerHooah309

I think she looks like Meg from Family Guy.

  • This is so unusual for this show. Usually they have more of a background on the kids. Buying a kid a gun isn't always a bad thing. Kids hunt quite often. Then again I am not sure how much hunting goes on in the suburbs
