Spectrum were truly a unique Aussie band. They didn't copy the US and British sounds that most other Aussie bands followed in the 70's. Mike Rudd's distinctive voice, guitar style and sense of humour produced great music that could not be confused with any other band at the time !
Spectrum / Murtceps and later Ariel were the true Aussie band !
