  • @elfonacid then why do alot of people put the 1 on top, if you don't need to in 8-Ball.

  • @azoldtime09 No he was right. 8-ball in the middle one stripe and one solid in the lower corners. The 1-ball does not need to be in front. Also it's a legal break if any numbered ball goes into a pocket OR at least 4 balls hit a rail.

  • The 1 goes in the front, and the 8 in the middle of an 8-Ball rack, and if 3 balls hit a rail, and a ball gets pocketed it's still a leagal break.
