I have some generalized anxiety. Sometimes it can interfere with my concentration level, especially if I'm in a stressful situation. I don't have a problem with depression, though.

I look forward to more videos. :)

have you heard of cyclothymia? is it different from this soft bipolar 2? my caseworker is sending me to a psych dr to rule out bipolar b/c my dad was bipolar 1 and committed suicide. i have depression that comes and goes along with anxiety. i dont feel like i get manic but possibly hypomanic? i feel good/confident/excited for a period of a few days or weeks, then go back into depression. its like bad mood swings, sometimes i switch within a day. i would love to know what you think! thanks : )

My son takes Respiridal for Autism but the weight gain and appitite are a huge problem, do you find you have gained weight?

Was recently diagnosed with this a few months back, while my whole life I was diagnosed as just depressed with anxiety...been on lamictal for a few months it's def helped keep the mood stable...but alcohol def ruins everything even a few drinks

A lot of my music on my page has been influenced by all these mental hardships and maybe some of you can relate

@gary1rn Hey i was wondering if i might be bipolar or gad i seem to go thru cycles within just days every couple. Like my symptoms flip from time to time like at some points ill feel so much energy i can feel it in my head and chest alot of adrenline sometimes ill just feel depressed or really anxious. And sometimes they can be mixed in so im really confused
