From about 4:18 it's a composition by fiddler John Carty called Seanamhac Tube Station.
its gaelic yes, but its nothing like danish, trust me :)

It's funny - I know Dutch, a bit of Norwegian and Danish - and the pronounciation reminds me of a mixture of Dutch, a bit of Danish and German :-)
