If you take yourself at face value and not give a fuck/ have fun you can get girls as well. The good thing is you want what's stopping you from doing what you want, some people don't even know. So, just go to the gym everyday and run a treadmill if you don't wanna go running outside. Do anything that makes you break a sweat and gets you exhausted and eat healthy.
