Mr Motivator makes a big 2009 comeback and shows Lorraine Kelly how to do pelvic floor exercises - not what you need before 9:30am on the Monday after Christmas. The Positive Mental Attitude guru has been running a tourism business in Jamaica but is back with his lurid leotards and bouncing bumbags to take obese Britain by the lovehandles and get us all fit again. Mr Motivator is looking as good as ever though he must be in his 50's by now. He even does a silly little dance before talking to Lorraine - age has not dulled his enthusiasm.
