Ki.
I love the jo.

That was kata # 11 Seitei :)

Dont know bout the aiuchi, but her makiotoshi was done at a high angle which reminds me strongly of the Shimizu branch. (though not all of the Shimizu dojos though do this exact way though)

Hey Fred Dude. Well, she does aiuchi which is a clue that it's 'Shimizu style'. but advanced practioners of 'Otofuji style' do the aiuchi version too... as I understand it. Maybe someone here knows about the Matsuyama group?

Very nice! Very sharp! This group originated from Shimizus Sensei right?
-
Yes, indeed. Highly ranked, and the shijoh are sixth degree. The uchidachi may be higher, with the fellow in white maybe even Aono-sensei himself. The lady on the right was my very considerate teacher for a while. She taught at the Imabari police station's adjoining training hall.

Oooops. it's Midaredome, not kasumi!
Excellent demonstration of Kasumi form. Who are the jodoka?

Thanks for your comment. As for the jodoka, I believe they are highly ranked teachers of jo (6th dan?) in Ehime prefecture; I only saw their performance at a shiai that one day in Matsuyama.
