  • Ok its bad to do strenuous cardio, but why?? What effect does it have on you? Do elaborate

  • @emericaordie15 aye, i think you are right, high intense cardio twice a day for 10 mins each session is great for fat burn.

  • @saimkhan786 at 19 you can wait 5-6 days, remember just coz it don't feel sore doesn't mean it's fully repaired 

  • hey guys i have a question. I usually hit chest on Sunday's and its sore for like 3 days but after that its repaired, so would it be more beneficial for me to hit it again the day its completely healed or wait the whole week? im 19 btw
