Yep, Stephen Mangan is from 2.26-2.31, and then they're both standing together at 2.35-2.36.
They are wonderful in Green Wing, have you seen it?

We where setting up a stand in the next hall and the whole building was shaking. Every band sounded like The Cure!

Christ, I haven't watched a TV for two years and I don't recognise any of these people! And I'm in the industry! {:o| What does that say?!? :o)
