just get dolphin browser its free and when you click on a youtube video from the web it ask you if you want to download it..its fast and easy!

damnnnnnn, i didnt know the G1 supported the Keepvid feature...jsut outa curiosity, how much memory does it take to record a regular 3mns video from Utube ?? and how long does it take to download it onto ur G1's memory ??

The new Android video recorder max out at 1min (for sharing) by default, and saves the vis to SD Card. A 1 min HD for sharing quality takes up about 3MB

Two ways:
Download "Linda File Manager" from the App Market. Go to "SD Card", then browse the "downloads"
OR
Open your browser, tapp "Menu", tapp "More", tapp "Downloads"
