Oh cool. I didnt know there was a name for this. I did this locking method except I two strand twisted my hair and its locking nicely after about 6months. I had natural hair but it was (in my opinion) too long to twist so I wanted to keep my length. I think your hair is pretty. I was worried about my ends being curly but looking at this vid and then a more recent one makes me feel better about it .

Iknow how to latch, i was wondering if you think this method would work with kinky twists. So i kinky twist my hair and as the roots grow out if i latched themthe same as yours... I kind of feel like i shoudl try itout. Let me know if you think it would work.

It is really kool, I can't wait to see how you hair turns out a year from now. Overall your hair look nice. I too started with a perm, but i already cut it off a few months back. Well good luck to you. I am on my 15th month with locs and I so love every part of it.

awesome!! you pretty much started in a unique way like yarn braids. similar concept but its extensions. Lovely start :-) you're always going to get those questions if they are locs or not. either way it looks great. :-)
