President Obama and the liberals have already raised taxes on the middle class. Mitt Romney and common-sense conservatives will cut will cut taxes for the middle class and close loopholes for millionaires. We can't afford another four years like the last.

Whose going to pay for Obama's BIG government and all the BUMS he puts on the dole faster than he can sign them up? More people went on disability last month than got jobs. This has got to stop or else we ALL FAIL. If you think we can, research how the governments in Greece and Spain--who have done the same as Obama is now--are doing. People are eating out of garbage cans. China doesn't have to worry about taking us out militarily. We are self-destructing under Obama's selfish STUPIDITY.

My comment has nothing to do with ideology(except perhaps the comment that fair taxes = low taxes). My comment has to do with undisputable facts. It is a fact that on average social security benefit recipients have a greater net worth(i.e. they are wealtheir) then social security tax payers. It is a fact that progressives want to maintain the status que in regards to the structure of social security. Your claim that ideology has fried my brain is simply and ad hominem attack. That's a lie! Obama has already boosted taxes on the middle class through cigarette excise tax, Obamacare tax, increase in capital gains tax to pay for Obamacare (this effects our retirements and investments, folks), medical device tax (sending jobs overseas) etc... Romney's plan is a 20% cut for EVERYONE who pays taxes. Romney never said anything about being a moocher to anyone. Romney paid $6.2 Million in taxes 2010-2011--did you pay MORE than that? You don't have a clue about this, do you?

What got us into this mess was unbridled government spending. Obama embraced that failed policy. Obama and the dems certainly are not any better than Bush and the republicans were in this regard.

Progressives don't mind raising taxes on middle class or poor people to benefit wealthier people if it supports their policies and agenda. For example, people paying social security tax are generally poorer then people recieving social security payments. Those who benefit from subsidies to college education do so on the backs of the blue collar. Poor people pay taxes which are used to subsidize solar panels rich people install on their houses. I could go on and on. Fair taxes = low taxes.
