Hi my name is Dawn Bryant and I'm going to do something totally out of the ordinary. Today, I'm heading back to Chicago where I grew up and I'm going to be there for 21-days during the holidays.

So I've decided to create a 21-day challenge for myself to see if I can lose 6 pounds over the next 3-weeks even with all the distractions of being home with my family who all love to eat... the temptations of watching lots of TV all day long (especially LOST).

You see, over the last eight months, I've been on a very unique weight loss plan that I found at http://www.Ifinallylostweight.com. It's not really like any of your other typical weight loss diets. I've tried them all.

* Atkins Diet
* South Beach Diet
* Weight Watchers
* Master Cleanse
* Cabbage Soup Diet
* Grapefruit Diet

But this one was different. And over the last 8-months utlizing the strategies I learned from www.iFinallylostweight.com... I managed to lose over 34-pounds!

But, over the last 15-days, i've gained back 6 pounds. so i've got a little anxiety about going back home to Chicago for the holidays because I know it might not be the best environment for me to keep the weight off. It could actually have a negative effect on my weight management goals.

So that's why I created this Home for the Holidays Weight loss challenge. With all the distractions around me, is it possible to still lose weight (6 lbs. to be exact) in 21-days?

I don't know for sure. But I'm going to set this intention out there and document my experiences on video over the next 21-days. If any of you watching this video can relate to what I'm going through... I'd encourage you to create your own 21-day weight loss holiday challenge as well!

And even better, document it on video and post your videos as a response to mine here and then we can support each other over these next 21-days and help each other stay focused and on-track to achieving our weight loss goals.

Let's share with each other our best weight loss tips, I'll share with you my unique weight loss plan, and let's see if we can lose weight quickly in as short as 21-days.
