they need to stop ppl from using the mavs to go up structures but i do think that secret ways to get up should exist

Ironically, the best way to kill anyone up on the overpass is driving your MAV into them. Just aim it slightly to the left of the sniper and speed into them. They're generally still, standing targets, and therefore easy prey. Protip right there.
