  • See video response - Commercial u-flow drain form IB roof ... no need to do this retrofit drain - single piece aluminum body and PVC flange - 3 minute watertight installation!

  • you should be using a 20mm nozzel for your finish weld rough as

  • @dazladakablond3

No, I should not. I do all my detail work with the same 40 mm nozzle, and a 20 mm burns the membrane as there is TOO much heat coming out, or you have to weld TOO fast, and the weld in not deep enough, and you may have bad welds.

  • Part 1) I DISAGREE. First I would not use a target patch. Just run your field membrane through the drain area. Use your hands to find drain and make your drain cut starting small as to not make too big a cut.

  • Part 2) The membrane hole must be bigger than the downpipe but no closer than 1/2" to drain bolt. Reach in and thread your drain bolts. Use the back end of your scissors to tap the bolts over the membrane and you will get perfect placed holes. Apply watercutoff between bottom of membrane and drain. Install clamp ring.

  • NO WATERCUTOFF :s ???????????
