Artist Marc Dennis cooks and eat bugs in an episode of "My Life in Food," produced by Al Roker for The Cooking Channel in an episode titled, "Extreme Diets." Marc Dennis is a frontrunner in the field of entomophagy (the practice of eating insects). The video shows Marc shopping, preparing, cooking and eating bugs along with a group of about 50 invited guests to his Brooklyn loft. The version presented here has been edited down to 12 minutes displaying only the entomophagy segment(s). The episode when it aired also included a woman who eats only fruit (as part of her "extreme diet") but it was edited for the purposes of sharing insight into the field of entomophagy.
