My name is Yoram Bechler. Im the CEO of Manageware. We are an IBM Business Partner in Israel, providing performance improvement to customers with IBM tools.

Customers are looking to improve their development and software delivery performance. We are helping them streamline the process, improve the communication between the development teams, and support the process with the IBM tool.

Having a common, integrated tools set can remove error-prone processes that are done today manually. It can bring out much better reporting in order to measure the performance of the process; and it can bring a common language to the different development teams.

One of our customers in the telecom field told us that they were able to reduce their build and release time from three weeks for an integration project into one day, since all the information and code and collaboration needs were already automated in the tool.

One of our customers told us that automating their requirements and putting in traceability helped them reduce the most costly defect they had, which were implementing the wrong thing for the customer and finding it out at the last phase of the development. Having this traceability and automated requirement process enables them to find it out at the very early stages of the development.
