In ballroom dancing only lifts are forbidden. To the best of my knowledge, jumps have been allowed for a very long time in the Latin dances, both in Hungary and in international competitions. If the dancer jumps with the help of a partner, that would be considered a lift and is not allowed, but I did not see any of that in this video.

Did some one change rules? I believe there still rule of one feet on the floor. That should prevent intentional jumps with 2 feet in the air.
