since your pregnant I will say it is best not to do any thing to contract your uterus. You need to deep breathing and pelvic strengthening. Rub your belly to increase blood flow and do not watch scary things, it is better to read, read, read and laugh alot for you and your sweety pie, Please don't watch those birthing shows either!

I am the same height as you and I flex between 165-170 pounds. Do you feel light on your feet? I would have tremedous pain in my feet and knees. For me the brick house shape does'nt work I like my body streamline like our egyptian ancestors. I can tell if weight loss is needed by the way you walk. If you wobble or wear down you heels or walk hard on your feet, you need to lighten up literally. Yes I can help you just call me, we can set it up^)

Ms.Salkis, may I ask why you say one shouldn't watch the birthing shows, just curious?

Because its created to add suspense and drama to the show, much of what the women go through leaves you feeling anxious, you start to wonder if you have an itchy skin"I must have toxemia or you concentrate on the pain the whole nine months from watching women in anguish the whole time. I just think its better to laugh than be in a state of anxiety, read, learn things while pregnant because your senses are heighten, you are "new again" thus smells and food you are used to seem different.
