★ ☆ ✮ This tutorial was highly requested, so I hope you enjoy:) ★ ☆ ✮

Colors I Used:

♥ ♡ Rice -- White Center & Translucent Wrapping
♥ ♡ Salmon Filet -- Orange & Translucent Layers
♥ ♡ Nori -- Black & Translucent Clay

☼ ☀ Reducing -- Squeeze the center first, and then squeeze the edges. If you roll the cane too soon, it will distort the canes appearance (make it ugly).

☼ ☀ Note: Softer clays will not work well as canes because they become mushy. KatoClay is a favorite of mine because it holds it's shape the best.

i have a sugestion here, im from asia and i always eat sushi :)

Why not try to wrap the translucent clay in the white ones rather than doing that? looks realistic :)

  • @hooiyin You have a great eye!! I've tried it both ways just to see which is better, and once the rice is textured, it's hard to see the pattern, but that's an amazing observation:)

Thanks so much, and the next sushi tutorial will your way! I love it!!
