Elliott Smith on Dutch tv '98 (Part Two)

One of my favorite artists ever and just about my favorite lyricist ever. I don't know how he did it. There are certain lyrics in many of his songs that illustrate how I personally felt at points in my life, and he puts it into words better than I ever could. So amazing.

It is kind of sick that you would want to wish him back to life. He already had to go through the harsh pains in life. Just let it alone.

No, but it is sick that you would rather him be dead. I'm sure his friends and family would also harshly disagree with you, as they had to endure the pain of his suicide the most.
