  • Are bananas classed as white or yellow????  Same question goes for plantains?

  • @OFFICIALreaper5 its for 14 days...and after wards you drink Raw or organic milk if you want to drink milk that processed milk is NOT good for you

  • this is ridicuclous! If we want to lose fat I believe we should still be able to eat "normally" with a little changes inour diet. There's nothing wrong with carb. They give you energy and if you don't have enough glucose in your body, it's going to be harder for you to lose weight. I do agree you drink only water but you should also drink tea. If we only do this during our diet period then we might lose weight but once we get back to our regular eating habits we would surely gain them back.
