Wtf 10min of 210bpm? You're doing it like you're just warming up or practicing. 2days ago I did it only for 3min and practiced some other stuff, and I barely could stand on my legs because my calf was hurting so much. Yesterday I didn't even try to practice because I was afraid of tearing a muscle. My calf still hurts a bit. Dude to be able to pull over 250bpm every fucking day is badass, lots of respect for that!

We're from a small town in KY called Nicholasville, we rented a U-haul truck for 4 cause renting a car is too much bullshit. We got there 5 hours early to stand out in that shitty weather and rock out to some Hate Eternal and Cannibal Corpse!! Right up front the entire time!!
