  • I just subscribed to your channel this afternoon and have been watching your videos like an addict. You are amazing and I think you deserve your own show on TV. I am anxious to try this Hummus recipe but I couldn't find the recipe on your website. By the way, I must have been living under a rock because I have never thought of eating cucumber with Hummus.

  • My husband is a Lebanese and he is soooo fussy with his arabic food..its got to be to his liking and perfect so I had to keep on trying and trying until its approved. What I had learned and experienced is to add a little water like 2 tablespoon when processing the mixture and typically parsley is not used in traditional hummus. What you'll get is a creamy smooth hummus..some add a tiny bit of cumin powder too.. Garnish the hummus with drizzle of olive oil and decorate with paprika or sumac :)

  • I LOVE hummus sooooo much, especially the roasted red pepper hummus, on whole-wheat crackers with some ricotta cheese as well, but it's expensive to buy. I've been wanting to make my own, and now I know how :)

  • soo i went to your recipe and i didnt find it so i have to go to the effort to find another homemade recipe..i know how to make it after watching the video but you don't precisely say the quantity etc..

  • @nickhasie also the chick peas need to be soaked overnight wit a bit of baking powder and then washed well and cooked until the chick peas r broken down this way we can make sure the hummus is nice and creamy not to forget not too much tahine bcoz it would be overpoweringly nutty otherwise.. its all about getting a good balance between the ingrediens...

  • @HannahVoong oh thnk god!

  • @RandomeGirl13 Nope; She Said Pita Chips(:

  • did you say penis shapes...

  • Yummy, I just made this hummus. For me it was really thick and didnt want to cream at all so I had an idea to add some water.. worked out perfectly, right away it was so creammy. I liked it not that thick, when I eat with pita bread. Thanks for this easy recipe, now I wont have to buy hummus anymore! :) One question - how long can it be stored in fridge?

  • yum! I love hummus, especially with bread
