MANY people have a natural disinclination to believe that top gov officials who are entrusted with upholding the nation's highest principles of honesty, justice, duty, legitimacy & accountability can be capable of the kind of coordinated fraud, duplicity, cover-up, judicial misconduct, evidence tampering, witness intimidation & targetted killings they conspired in.

At 07:30 the dude says the motorcade was late and that Oswald would have no way of knowing. But the woman who testified that she later saw Oswald on the 2nd floor after the shooting said the SHE knew the motorcade was late because she had talked on the phone to her husband before she ate lunch. So, of course Oswald could have known, though we could only speculate exactly how.

According to what I've seen online about this Mannlicher rifle, the barrel is under 18 inches long. Oswald may have thought it safer to keep the barrel in Irving and the stock in Dallas, and perhaps had already hidden the longer stock in TSBD. That way, if he is caught with either piece, he could credibly claim that he wasn't going to shoot anybody.

The Rifle was nothing more than just a "Sandwich", my Dad told me this back in 1963. My Dad was an Avid Hunter and Marksman. A true Sniper would want credit for his kill, not say he was a "Patsy".

@fokjock ..even Marina Oswald stated before the Warren Commission that when she spoke to Oswald, she could see in his eyes that he knew more about it, or might even shot JFK himself. Don't forget the fact that Oswald told Marina that he shot at General Walker later on that evening. Google her testimony, it is long but interresting. She mentioned the look in his eyes.
