Science has proven that the position of wings depicted on all angel statues around the ancient world, can not result in flight due to the position of the beings and the mechanics of flight being mathematically impossible. 2. I've read the bible front to back half a dozen times and I sure notice a lot of things in it mentioning flying crafts in the sky, such as in the Book of Ezekiel. 3. By the way, any cultures from India to Peru have carvings and depictions of flying objects.

@xxstevesxx People were not dumb back then.They would have constructed a statue of a vehicle of some sort in a statue...not just wings to symbolize it. They put wings becuase angels have wings. And if you read the bible the description of an angel matches mayan statues of wing like creatures.
