Acclaimed filmmakers Joel and Ethan Coen deliver their most gripping and ambitious film yet in this sizzling and supercharged action-thriller. When a man stumbles on a bloody crime scene, a pickup truck loaded with heroin, and two million dollars in irresistible cash, his decision to take the money sets off an unstoppable chain reaction of violence. Not even west Texas law can contain it. Based on the novel by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Cormac McCarthy, and featuring an acclaimed cast led by Tommy Lee Jones, this gritty game of cat and mouse will take you to the edge of your seat and beyond - right up to its heart-stopping final act.

  • It seems to me that people just don't seem to enjoy an ending that is ambiguous and nothing is resolved. I guess they expected the sheriff to have a hoedown with Anton. I liked the ending. Sometimes in real life the "bad" guy gets away.

  • So he's Harvey Dent's twin brother?

  • @MrHgan529 one thing ive learned, if you're watching a trailer for a movie you're thinking of watching, dont read the damn comments

  • @AQGOAT24 Oh f*ck you for spoling the ending before i watch this xD

  • This movie is truly one of the few gems to have come out of Hollywood in the last 20+ years. In fact, it is so good that it's surprising it came out of Hollywood; especially in the 2000's.

  • another brilliant creation from the minds of the coen brothers!

  • Excellent movie. One of the best ever made.

  • @AQGOAT24 movie and ending pretty much goes with the title, sheriff wished the times were simpler like how they supposedly were in the past but he finds out that this was never true. So the ending fits the theme nicely, if it was a nice hollywood ending then it would go against the whole point of film

  • Javier Bardem is a god.
