civil war sounds good on mp3 or CD but in concert, axl is like torturing people - what a nightmare.

I was there, It was insane. I still have my ticket. Paid $35.50+$4.50. So $40 Total. It says door opening at 15h30 and show at 17H30. To be honnest with you, I had a blast and never tought I wasted my money on that show. I did not participate in the riot but got right in it and got out safely till the end when the riot squad ran after us. I was young and my heart was filled with rock & roll. It was crazy...and as a real GNR fan, I knew I assisted at something that would be part of the history.

I had two pairs of tickets for this show back then. I couldn't go so I sold them to friends. I actually made profit from a show that collapsed :)
