Un-edited video doing 6 different exercises with 20 lb barbell while staying balanced standing on a large gym ball. CAUTION: Stability balls are NOT made to stand on.

  • You make that bar look very easy! Most women in my body pump class wouldn't even use 20lbs on "dry land" but you make it look very easy. Great upper body strength.

  • @rolandsc Hi, I'm so glad you like the video. Yes, on land I use 30 and 40 pound barbells for those exercises. I'll have to work up to that on the ball.
