The polygonal numbers are those where the units can be arranged into equal sided figures. In this animation, the whole numbers are arranged on the Ulam Spiral grid. Yellow pixels depict polygonal numbers with number of sides s ranging from 3 to 100. When s=3, the triangular numbers are displayed and when s=4, the squares are shown. A history of past presence is kept in dark blue. Music by: cloudtalk, Austin Texas.
