Dendrobates Azureus Hembra cortejando (female courting)

La hembra se paso todo el dia persguiendo al macho, cuando lograba alcanzarlo le acaricia el lomo, ese mismo dia en la noche obtuve una puesta de 8 huevos que el macho fertilizo al dia siguiente temprano en la mañana.

(The female spent the whole day following the male and stroking his back, The next morning the male fertilized the 8 eggs that were laid in the nigt)

Las ranas tienen aproximadamente 16 meses de edad y han puesto huevos 4 veces, hasta la tercera puesta se logro un huevo fertil que esta en proceso de formacion del ambrion, y esperemos que en esta cuarta puesta todo marche bien.

(The frogs are 16 months old, they have laid 4 times and just 1 egg has been fertilized and without mold problems, I hope the new 8 eggs be good)

El vivario es una pecera de 20 galones y lo mantengo de 20 a 24 ºC en el dia y de 18 a 20ºC de noche.
La humedad es alta y contante ya que la lluvia se acciona varias veces al dia por varios minutos.

(The enclosure is a 20 gal long, temps are 68 - 76F during the day and 65 - 70 at night, Humidity is mantained constantly high by several rains during the day)

La alimentacion es drosophila aptera como base espolvoreada con suplemento, colembolos y micro grillo como complemento a veces.

(The frog's diet consists in calcium doused drosophila and occacionally springtails and pinhead crickets are offered.)
