MIsty the Westie Dog meets Garfield The Cat

Here is the proof the dogs like my little Misy, a West Highland White Terrier, really do watch TV. Misty will sit and watch many types of shows.

Just an updatwe to this video. Little Misty passed away a few weeks ago due to a blood disorder. She will be teriibly missed.

I have been asked if Misty barks all the time, not sure what is meant by all the time? however, she has a great dislike for cats and will bark at them all the time. Other dogs do raise her interest and she will bark at them on TV. She also has a bark at the Mortein Fly Adverts with Louie and his mates.

Is that T.V. High definition? I wonder if dogs can see that.

It is HD. Misty can sit for extended time just watching. She lies in her bed which is located in another room, however she can see and hear the TV. I have often proved that she watches by turning the volume down. Our other Westie (a little boy) pays no attention. She really does watch the TV.

My carin terrier does the same thing if there is a cartoon or another animal on tv.. just barks and goes nuts. Must be a terrier thing.. BUT he loves to watch WGN Weather Man Tom Skilling do the weather on the news. He just sits there and watches moving his head around.. it's hilarious..
