@simbaslayer A 4:45 for a decathlete who was never a distance runner is pretty good. I'm sure if he needed to he could run a 4:35 or so. Not Curtis beach, but still good.

there are few people in the world who can run a 100m dash as fast as this human being. it doesnt seem strange to me that he is not the best in the 1500.
