  • Just watched this movie (it has been released for a few weeks in France), it is very good. The final scene is maybe the best end I've ever seen in a movie, so epic seriously go watch this.

  • 0:35 My God, it is a picture from Tarkovsky s Solaris!!!

  • @normalpsychology No, it's about the destructive effect depression has on the person it affects and those closest to them.

  • Wow I don't know what this is or how I got here, but this is freakin sweet.

  • @normalpsychology not only is her character a whore, but dunst is a whore for getting naked in front of the world for money.

  • Platige Image is a polish company... I'm proud ;)

  • I haven't seen it, although it interests me, as does the director (or I should say, the director's mind). But what about the ending when the planets collide? Or even before that, when the planets pass each other before Melancholia whips back around to destroy Earth? Were those sense well shot? Do they look cool? I've heard it's one of the more visually beautiful films made in 2011.

  • Melancholia was one of the worst movies I've seen in the past 365 days. Dunst's character is a whore, the whole movie is about a boring wedding, and other than two planets colliding, there is nothing redeeming whatsoever about this film. I walked out after an hour of life-robbing lackluster content. Should've gotten my money back, but was too mad at the film industry to even care.

  • @BiebersBodyguard Yes, i have read. I dont agree yet because i have not seen it. I ordered it on DVD from the UK. I live in the US.

  • 从来没哪部影片给我更大的震动。强烈推荐。I was almost ill during the second party of the film, how can a film can touche your mood and heart so strongly. I've had the anxiety ( j'ai vraiment eu l'angoisse )

  • @JuIietBurke

So, being hit by a planet is obviously more epic than being hit by a car, heh? You're obviously "Claire" type.

The only epic scene in this film for me is Dunst's boobs.

  • @JuIietBurke Oh really? What does it mean... you know at the end on the "epic" scene, huh?
