In times of crisis, everyone wants a strong government. But the people should be wary those allowed to assume dictatorial powers have to give them up once the crisis is over. Otherwise, dictatorship will replace the rule of the people, by the people and for the people.

I'm from Georgia, those liners is to set coffins in during burial. I dont know how other states do their funeral, but here we don't set the coffin directly into the ground. We set the liners in the ground 1st, then set the coffin inside of the liners, then put a slab of concrete on top. It's kind of like a tomb for a coffiin. It's thousands of them because their in high demand since people die every day.
