Yes, very beautiful! I am a fan of Alice Babs. Alice Babs was one of Duke Ellingtson's favorite singers. Her voice has an extreme range; Duke Ellington said that when she did not sing the parts that he wrote for her, he had to use three different singers.

Yes, I agree!! This performance is a delicious counter-balance to the often heard sound-over-loaded music (very often with a dominating, monotonous rhytm on top)in these times. Superb ensemble! I used some time to plan a video, but I was afraid to disturb the atmosphere and ended up with a single shot.

The single shot turned out just fine, Tor. This song seems to have a certain effect on your memories when you listen to it, no? Sort of brings memories back, though it's sort of sad.
