The only way to solve len's riddle was by proving that he didn't kill them and the only way to do that is by killing him as well that's why rin says she will kill him and cast another riddle. In the end they both lay dead so I suppose she killed herself in order to eliminate the possibility of her being the culprit...the culprit is someone else but as the song says there are to many errors and if someone ever did solve it they will end up like rin and len " Welcome, to our world!"

i think Len has something to do when Rin's mansion was burned, it was his way to atone of his sins. The guy in the first part was merely a story teller. The true culprit is the one who burned Rin's house and the one who balckmail Len in killing those people. Rin will cast another riddle and that riddle contains something about their past. Rin wil choose to kill len because it is to stop from Len to being the culprit. There is another detective who ....
