Rolling Thunder Game Sample - NES/FC

The first Rolling Thunder title, which was originally in arcades and ported to a number of systems including yours truly. This is a good game. It's simple in design but good on its execution, much like the rest of the series. In this game, you're playing as Albatross, one of the toughest people ever to become a member of the elite Rolling Thunder secret police force. One of your fellow operatives, Leila, has been captured, and it's up to you to save her. She is tortured in a way rather risque for a Nintendo console and hooded maskers dance and punch with delight with every passing second, so you must move quickly.

You can use doors to cover you and shoot enemies with a handgun and machine gun. You can also manuever more effectively by taking advantage of the terrain and knowing when you to take the high ground or low ground. Get to the end and defeat Geldra, the leader of the wicked activity. Enjoy.

Wow, I've never played this on the NES/FC. This is such a nice arcade port! Very faithful to the arcade.
