@donkeylips88 No, it was a rather low, uniformed thought. Next time you decide to promote unsubstantiated religious claims, you might want to do a little research. There are many industrialized countries that have low religiosity, like Japan, Denmark, and Sweden that have very little rape, and very little teenage pregnancy. Nations like the US that have HIGH religiosity also have high incidents of teenage pregnancy and rape.

@SirMonkeyoftheBrook Not entirely true. Also, you are just assuming there is not further data involved. Their comments could just be a summary. One thing I would suggest is to look at the cultures of places like Japan. They are very open about sexuality albeit with some "weird" laws. Pre-marital sex is highly frowned upon by the vast majority of religions. When you have a sexually free culture, the desire for rape should dwindle. Just think about it.

@SirMonkeyoftheBrook True, but I think the real point is that rape occurs just as much (if not more) in religious countries as it does in secular or non-christian majority countries.
