Power clean and press: 65x8, 95x8, 135x1 (strict), 155x1 (nearly strict), 175x0, 165x0 (four partials)
After watching these, I realized how much my form sucks. Thankfully my friend used to power clean 265 at 220, so he can help me with my form.
Power clean: 165x1 (**** form), 165x1, 175x1
In between all these sets, my lifting buddy and I were showing my floormate a lot of exercises. I also showed three people how to squat, and had them going below parallel with good form in less than 10 minutes. Feels good to help someone out.
One-handed deadlifts: 225x1 (on each side)
Strict one-armed DB press: 65x2
Really easy. Just a warmup.
One-armed DB push press: 75x2, 80x2, 85x1, 90x1, 100x0
100 will probably go up next week. Everyone was Bert staring me for these.
Partial overhead squats: 225x(5 times off pins; lockout on 2), 245x1, 275x(2 times off pins)
Grip was pinkie on ring. Didn't get 245x1 on video because I accidentally recorded it landscape instead of portrait, and can't combine the videos because of the resulting resolution difference.
@bacobaconvidoeos Thanks man! Never done the deadlifts before, but they were fun. I hope I get 100 above my head next week... I'm thinking I'll get a lot out of them if I can get up to 125.
I'm also really a fan of the motion because concentric contractions don't take a lot out of you or interfere with your recovery...

Holy hell! Your 1-handed deadlifts are absolutely insane. Push presses are strong as shiet too lol
