I say everyone in here that watched this montage should ditch Gaylo 3 and come back to the real Halo game. This montage reminds me of the good 'ol days. Now i can't even find a match in Scrim and Hardcore... so... gay.

COD takes absolutly no skill, H2 was the best because if you lose a game you lose your lvl, COD is all about how much time you play nothing to do with skill

Halo 2 was such an amazing competitive game... Halo: Reach will never match its competitive viability, and Halo 3 wasn't remotely close.

Look, I'm nostalgic for the days of Halo 2 as well, but the fact is that the sniper system was way too generous, compared to pretty much all of the other games, where sweep-shooting doesn't give you easy kills, and by the time Bungie took down the servers, it wasn't even about having genuine skill, but more about how quickly you could hit three-button combos. I miss Halo 2 too, but Bungie was rushed in production and it really shows.

i remember this guy teaching me how to play it was funny i didnt know the setup but i was alrdy good i remember beating the whole team except for luck then we'd have FFAs and it would be me and luck at the top fighting for first and nothing less good times just by talking crap i beat a whole team and learned how to play correctly lol

Yeh that's what I meant... Halo 2 essentially defined MLG.. If you remember in 2005/2006 mlg = 90% halo 2...

Have you noticed like how most good maps on halo reach are basically halo 2 remakes....

halo 2 didnt create mlg, first mlg event games were halo 1 and madden but ya, halo 2 was the best

And yes by god was fuking halo 2 good.... By far the best game out of all other games... Halo 2 created MLG and general first person shooter competitiveness.

I love HALO 2... Please bring it back
