Welcome to the new, radiated northern hemisphere.......GENOCIDE

This just in: Finland announces detection of cesium from Fukushima — Found in animals, plants, fungi. Undoubtedly, this will only bioaccumulate its way up the food chain. From this being detected in Finland, can you imagine how great the radiation contamination is not only in Japan, but on the US and Canadian west coasts, Idaho, Philly (increased infant mortality rates cited here) and where ever the jet stream winds go?

The, so called, elite can spend trillions of dollars on war, but they don't seem to be worried about Fukishima. It shows how much they really care about peoples safety. I think if I lived in Canada or America, and to a lesser extent Europe. I would be much more worried about the radiation than terrorists. Oh, I forgot, they are the terrorists. I'm pretty worried, and I live in Australia. No more sea food for me. Thanks.

@connectingdots1 Ah cool, thanks a lot for that info and for the continuous updates. It is greatly appreciated, stay safe up there!
" In November, 18% of cod exceeded a new radiation ceiling for food to be implemented in Japan in April — along with 21%t of eel, 22% of sole and 33% of seaweed.
Overall,1 in 5 of the 1,100 catches tested in November exceeded the new ceiling of 100 becquerels/kilogram.(Canada’s ceiling for radiation in food is much higher: 1,000 becquerels/kilogram.)
Contamination of fish in the Pacific Ocean could have wide-ranging consequences for millions.
The Pacific is home to the world’s largest fishery.."

@connectingdots1 Let's keep in mind the BP oil disaster, when NOAA, the EPA & FDA did their testing on fish for toxins... when they didn't use their primary sniff test & actually sent samples to a lab for chemical analyses- as I recall - they only did their tests on muscle tissue & specifically not the organs - where the toxins would likely have been more concentrated. Do you remember this as well? Anyways, who and how any testing is done is really important.

@cosmiccowboy92021 Ya I remember, I also remember how the US gov bought all the seafood from the oily zones & feed them all to their USA soldiers!
I'm always monitoring Background radiation with Both Geigers and I've noticed an increase in levels lately,I tested the snow this morning again, all clear!
But Ludlum 3A has been jumping up to 80 to 120 CPM's when it never did that before Xmas.
The new norm in Victoria is 0.12 McSv/hr on SOEKS & 45 CPM on Ludlum 3A.

I live in Washington state and we're snowed in, it's dumping buckets of radioactive snow. I have only went out once when the snow let up to check the mail. I wont be going out until it stops snowing, black snow sucks :(

@steelbaz Well maybe not buckets of Radiation but yes,I live on Vancouver Island and both of my Geigers were showing above normal levels of Radiation when it started snowing yesterday and night. But today levels have fallen back down to normal (0.09 McSv/hr - 0.12) on SOEKS but not so low (20 - 40 CPM)on Ludlum 3A geiger..funny but as I types this I loooked up and it was at 60 to 80 CPM's.anyhow it's never steady & fluctuates up 140 CPM sometimes,so I know it's coming over to Van.
