Okay yea she's unhealthly overweight. It doesn't change who she is as a person. If she was say a 60lb 8 year old no one would think anything about it. So what does it matter if she's weighs more than that, why do you judge her for something you know nothing about. As a kid you really don't think about how much you put into your body and what's healthy and whats not! I know because I was a big child. Pick on someone your own size.
