  • I'm so grateful you put this up. A friend of mine was just diagnosed with Crohn's disease and I'm glad I got to hear your perspective on living with it. It was very very educational as well, thank you so much. And good luck as well. I can't imagine having to live with a disease. God bless you.

  • thank you!!

  • One day about a month ago I felt sharp pains and a slight ,"burning sensation". So i thought it was a pendicitis, I got a colonoscapy and they said there was nothing there. Then a day later they called and said that they had done a blood check and I did infact have crohns disease. To all you fellow people who have it....FIGHT IT!

(P.S. I take somethign called Pentasa for it. It causes my upper legs to feel soar and restless, what can i do to stop it withought using medicine?)

  • omg. i literally could not walk for a week about. i didn't know what caused it, but maybe pentasa.

  • You did a great job! Stay strong beautiful lady. I know first hand how hard Chron's Disease is to deal with.

  • Good video. I would say just keep documenting your case. Everyone's crohn's disease is different and there may be someone who can relate with your story. It was 1973 and I was 7. I didn't know anyone who had crohn's and felt lost. So keep up the video journal.

  • Yeah. Bottom line it sucks. Like I said in one video. I think being diagnosed so early makes it easier for me to deal with because that's all I have known. When you get diagnosed when your 18 or older you have to change everything...I think that is more difficult, more likely to reject the idea that you have to deal with it. Good luck my friend.

  • @Justicexhaze

thats great how are you dealing with it

  • Hi Linds! Thanks for sharing your video.

  • It hurts a slight bit. It is through an IV so that is all that hurts. It only hurts when they put the IV in but after that, for the next 2 hrs. you cant really feel it.

Its harder when your veins are small or like mine large but they roll around.

  • No it does not hurt. I hope remicade proves to be very effective for you and put you into remission; which means you will live a normal life as long as your on this drug. :)

  • Hi there, im going to start remicade soon...does it hurt?
