@Stvst29 The snare drum I used at the church that day is made by DW. I didn't tune the snare drum, but I'm sure you can find some videos on youtube that will show you how to tune a snare drum. For me, tuning a snare drum is probably one of the hardest things to do. Tuning the toms and bass drum are my specialty, I use a Pork Pie snare drum which came with a pretty good sound. Depending on the sound you want, you either tighten the heads or loosen them, but I like a deep sound for snares..
