Gorilla Bands are better. While we dont have a string inside our bands like Bodylastics does, we give you way more resistance and more equipment for your money. Bodylastics kits wants $119.95 for a kit with 328lbs of resistance. Gorilla Strength has a kit with 358lbs of resistance for $69.99. So if you want to pay an extra $50.00 for some strings in your bands buy Bodylastics. If you want more resistance buy Gorilla Strength.

Gorilla bands are NOT better. Bodylastics has anti-snap technology built in, and they have better build quality.

Gorilla Bands are better. But if you are serious about gaining muscle you need to lift weights. Bands will only get you so far.
