Congressman Aaron Schock speaks on the House floor in opposition to a temporary extension of the highway bill and in support of using stimulus money to fund a long term extension.
Aaron I agree with you. The stimulus is not working. Americans don't want a government option or health care mandate either. I think that funding for transportation projects is a great idea coming from Illinois, where roads are rough and our many bridges are old and outdated and many times, unsafe as you pointed out about the one in Peoria.
Aaron, Aaron, treasury is broke, they have no money, the stimulus will never work. No more taxes, start working on ending never ending war. Why are we spending $1 Trillion a year on pointless wars when the US economy is collapsing. Poor Aaron, another politician that just doesn't get it.
